By signing this agreement, you (renter) agree to the following: Rate of your selection will be charged monthly until canceled. The member, also known as renter and/or The Art Incubator has the right to cancel this membership if the conduct of either party is unsatisfactory or if any of the following is not met: Renter should respect the studio space and clean up trash or other items prior to leaving and prior to the end of booking time. Renter agrees to pay for any broken or damaged equipment within 3 business days from booking.
Equipment setup or any items needed will require 24-48hr notice prior to time of booking date.
Please arrive on time to booking. Money will not be refunded for no shows or late bookings. Be respectful of other patrons and do not walk in on other bookings. Be present at all times during rental and keep your event or session contained within the reserved area.
Art Incubator will provide studio in good working condition, but makes no special guarantees.
